This is an OPEN show.  All entries will be displayed.

Award Juror: Sandra Bouchard

Cash & merchandise awards will be given to Best of Show, First, Second, Third and Honorable Mentions.

Small Works Show

November 1- November 26  

Artists' Reception THURSDAY, November 3, 5-7PM

Artwork Drop Off: 

FRIDAY OCT. 28 10AM-5PM & SATURDAY OCT. 29, 10AM-3PM

(All pieces must be hand delivered.  We cannot accept shipped artwork.)

SIZE:  Maximum IMAGE SIZE - 8“ x 10“  (The artwork must fit in an 8x10 or smaller frame)

LABELS: PRINT OUT THE EXHIBITION TAGS AND ATTACH TO THE BACK OF EACH ARTWORK.

INVENTORY LIST:  PRINT OUT THE INVENTORY LIST.  (Use 2 or more if needed)

ARTISTS:  All artists 18+ years old may enter. 

MEDIA:  Limited to two-dimensional artwork. (Paintings, hand-made prints, drawings, photos, collages, etc.)

PRESENTATION:  

All art must be professionally framed, with a wire or hanging hardware on the back.

Works on paper must have glass or Plexiglas glazing. 

Gallery-wrapped canvas will be accepted without frames providing the edges are clean.

NO WET PAINTINGS.

ORIGINALS ONLY, entirely created by the applicant. No copies or reproductions.

Number of Entries: SIX

Entry Fee: $10 for up to 2 pieces, $5 each additional piece.

SALES:  All work must be for sale.  The gallery charges a 25% commission.

REPRODUCTIONS/PRINTS/Unframed Art: Exhibiting artists may show up to

10 unframed originals or reproductions in the gallery's print-bins during the exhibition. 

Unframed work must be suitably protected by shrink-wrap or other plastic, and backed by

fome-core board or other board for stability, identified and priced.

INSURANCE:  Care will be taken to avoid damage, but artwork, frames, etc.

will NOT be insured by the gallery before, during or after the exhibition or at any time. 

Publicity: Artists agree to let the gallery reproduce their art and work on the internet, and to distribute digital and photographic images of the art for publicity materials and press releases.

PICKUP of EXHIBITED WORKS: 

Saturday, November 26, 3PM-5PM & TUESDAY, Nov.29 , 10AM-3PM *

*Artwork left over 30 days after pickup date will be donated to a  charitable organization.
